A Zentangle is a miniature abstract work of art created by a collection of patterns.
Anyone can do it.
Come join us and learn Zentangle, a fun, relaxing, meditative drawing method. No special skills or art experience necessary. Whether you believe you can draw or not, you will be amazed by the beautiful images you will create.
This introductory class is taught by Laurie Silver, a Certified Zentangle Teacher who trained with the founders of the Zentangle method. Laurie is a Prescott mixed media artist who makes handmade books and journals, organic stained glass, spirit guides, and works in a variety of other mediums.
Laurie says, “Zentangle has become a calming and meditative practice that I can do anywhere, anytime. I surprise myself with the beauty I create and the Zentangle method has changed the way I see everything around me.”
This workshop runs from 10am - 2:30 with a lunch break. You can bring your food or plan on going out locally.
